Excited to be working with Astrsk PR on a new pay-as-you-go mobile provider called Karma that travelers will love. With Karma, you pay for data as you go, and take it with you on your 4G mobile hotspot.
The concept is pretty neat: Share Wi-Fi. Earn free data. Here’s how it works:
For digital nomads like me constantly in search of reliable internet, Karma is a life saver. It fits in the palm of your hand, has 6 to 8 hours of battery life, is capable of speeds up to 6 megabits per second (Mbps) and can facilitate up to 8 open connections at once.
Sound interesting? You can order a Karma hotspot at yourkarma.com for $79, including 1 gigabyte of free bandwidth. Additional bandwidth costs $14 per gigabyte and never expires.

Thanks to Wandering Educators for including me as part of the faculty in this spring’s travel blogging mentorship program!
I have finally received my first print edition of The Long-Term Traveler’s Guide book, which author Jeremy Jones was so kind to ask me to contribute. In the book, I take anecdotal experiences from my travels abroad and turn them into practical, and relatable tips for other young people to learn from.
Some of the topics I contributed to:
I encourage everyone to find happiness through travel and am always excited to share insight with others to help them make a dream trip come true.

I’m teaching an online course on using social media to promote your travel writing with Wandering Educators as part of their new Youth Travel Blogging Mentorship Program!
I’ll be presenting guidelines to creating your online voice and using your writing skills to connect with peers and the media. Plus, I’ll be taking questions from students via Google+ Hangouts, which I’m really excited about.
